Common questions

I bought coins but they didn’t arrive

Keep the app open for a moment — purchases are confirmed with Apple and then credited. If the coins still aren’t there, close and reopen the app; pending purchases are retried automatically. Still missing? Email us with the date and the receipt from Apple.

How do I get a refund?

Coin purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple refunds a purchase, the matching coins are removed from your balance.

A challenge I backed didn’t happen

If a Solo challenge misses its goal by the deadline, or the creator calls it off, your coins come back automatically. If the creator was funded but the proof was fake or missing, report it during the review window — upheld reports refund everyone.

How do cash outs work?

Only coins you earn — from completed challenges and won dares — can be cashed out. New earnings clear for a short period first (the Wallet shows how many coins are clearing). Once $40 is ready, go to Wallet → Cash out and choose any amount. Coins you bought can’t be cashed out.

Someone posted something dangerous or offensive

Open the challenge, tap ••• → Report and tell us what’s wrong. Reported challenges are hidden quickly and reviewed by the FunMode team. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

How do I share to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Telegram?

Tap the share button on a challenge, your proof or a profile and pick where it goes: Instagram Stories, Reels or a post, a TikTok, a YouTube Short, a post on X, or a Telegram message. FunMode makes a vertical video or card with your @handle and a link back, copies a ready caption, and opens the app. For TikTok and YouTube the video is saved to your Photos first — pick the newest video there. You can add your social handles in Me → Settings so people can find you.

What is a dare chain?

Win a dare and you can pass it on: tap Pass it on on the dare you won, set your own prize, and your followers get the same dare. Every round shows where the chain started and how many times it was passed on. You fund the prize of your round, just like any dare you post.

Where is FunMode on Telegram?

Our channel t.me/funmodeworld posts fresh challenges, finished ones and dare wins. Message @Funmodeappbot and send /top to see what’s live. Don’t want your challenges featured? Turn it off in Me → Settings → Official channel.

How old do I need to be?

FunMode is for people 16 and older. If you’re under 18 you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and cash outs are only for adults — coins you earn wait in your wallet until then.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile or one of their challenges, tap ••• → Block. You won’t see each other’s challenges any more, and they can’t follow you, tip you or join your dares. They aren’t told. You can unblock people in Me → Settings → Blocked people. If someone broke the rules, report them too so our team can act.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. Live challenges you created are called off and everyone is refunded, and your personal data is erased. Remaining coins are lost, so cash out first. Can’t open the app? Email privacy@funmode.world from the email linked to your account (or include your @handle) and we’ll do it for you.
